Polymetal says to finish redomiciliation to Kazakhstan on Aug 7

MOSCOW, Jul 21 (PRIME) -- Gold producer Polymetal will finish redomiciliation of its business to Kazakhstan on August 7, the company said in a statement on Friday.

"Further to the announcements made by the company on 29 June 2023 and 10 July 2023, the company is pleased to report that, following positive engagement with the relevant regulatory authorities and receipt of conditional consents, where required, the effective date is scheduled for 7 August 2023," Polymetal said.

The company also said that the last day of trading on the London Stock Exchange was slated for August 1, while the expected delisting date was August 29. Polymetal will be unable to trade the shares because of a non-correspondence with the requirements of the trading floor.
